FAQ

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about HostGuard: how it works, who can access it, and how we handle privacy and compliance.

Is it legal?

Yes. HostGuard is designed to be GDPR-compliant: minimized, pseudonymized data and access for verified operators only. Nothing is publicly indexed.

If no one built it before, why you?

Because we combine real hospitality experience with the right tech. It wasn't impossible—no one had built it this safe and compliant before.

Is guest privacy protected?

Yes. We share only what's necessary, track every access, and keep everything inside a closed network of verified professionals.

What if someone misuses the reports?

Every member is verified and every report is accountable and regulated. Misuse leads to action and removal of access.

What's the real benefit for me?

To cut risk and cost: check in seconds if a guest was previously flagged and make better decisions before accepting.
